Margate Visitor Information Centre is open Wednesday - Sunday 10am-5pm plus daily Monday 30th May - Sunday 5th June. The team can also be contacted by telephone, email & social media during these hours

* Broadstairs Information Kiosk: Open Friday 1st April until 12th September daily 10am - 4pm and weekends until Sunday 30th October

How we can help...
Our Visitor Information Centre serves the whole of the Thanet area. We can give you information and advice about visiting Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and the surrounding villages. We also hold information about attractions in Kent, London and the South East.

Droit House has a side entrance with a ramp and automatic door, making it accessible to wheelchairs, pushchairs, and those with limited mobility.
‘The Drum’ meeting space at Droit House is the ideal location for meetings, training facilities and private events.
The flexible and multi-purpose space can accommodate up to 40 people theatre style or up to 15 people in boardroom style.
It can be used to accommodate presentations or a unique event. The room is equipped with WiFi, projector, screen, laptop and drinks machine

In Broadstairs, on the promenade, you can visit the information kiosk. There is also another kiosk located at the Lillyput Mini Golf which holds a range of local leaflets.
In Ramsgate, visit The Customs House, which provides literature about the area
Across the towns we have 26 blue tourist information points containing posters on events that are taking place in the coming weeks and general information on the area. Please supply posters 4-6 weeks before your event for consideration
Look out for one of our Ambassadors who are active tourism champions of the area to help you have an excellent experience whilst in the area. They can help with information on places to visit, location of car parks, details of events happening and our beaches.
