Access Information
The cinema is fully wheelchair-accessible, with step-free access to wheelchair bays and adjoining seats. The entrance is at street level, via automatic doors. There is also rear access to all 8 Screen Rooms available for wheelchair users via a lift. Each Screen has between 2 and 6 wheelchair spaces.
Accessible toilets are located just off the foyer area, and there is Blue Badge car parking outside the cinema in a public car park with over 1500 spaces. Visitors can drop-off outside the cinema.
Hearing Loops are available at ticket, food, & drink counters. Low counters are available for wheelchair users, including for automated ticket machines.
CEA cards are accepted and Assistance Dogs welcome.
Weekly subtitled, and monthly autism-friendly screenings, plus Audio Description and Infra-red headset technology available.
