Whether it's your first time, or first time in a long time, you'll find a supportive environment where our team of swim teachers, class instructors and personal trainers will help you to achieve your goals. The Centre has two pools and runs a Swim School. The Gym is fully equipped with cardio and resistance machines, plus free weights. Group-Ex is very popular at Ramsgate and the Centre offers a wide range of classic and Les Mills group exercise classes.
