Eighty-six-by-the-sea is a charming three bedroom holiday home. Perfectly located a five minute walk from the train station, High Street and sandy beaches of Broadstairs, but far enough away from the hubbub to completely relax after a day on the beach.
The interior is quirky but comfortable with original wooden floors, well-equipped open plan kitchen dining conservatory with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, open fire and bi-fold doors onto the terrace. There are two sitting rooms, one with a piano, tv and games console, one with seating for six and Freeview tv with access to Netflix. There are one and a half bathrooms and free wifi throughout.
We provide accommodation for up to six guests in king, double and twin bedrooms located on the first floor, and welcome up to two well behaved dogs. There is a large, fully enclosed private garden with table tennis, bbq and sunny terrace for alfresco eating and relaxing. Off street parking for one small to medium car is provided with unrestricted on street parking available.
